What does a pause in platform production mean?
A pause in production means that we will no longer be fabricating products or ordering inventory to make more products. The items "in stock" on our website are the last remaining Wiggle Butts products available for sale.
Why is the production of Wiggle Butts platforms paused?
Since all Wiggle Butts products are fabricated by hand, making platforms takes up a huge chunk of my time. Recently, I accepted a full-time role as Lead Engineer for a start-up incubator at Dalhousie University -- a great opportunity for my career!
As a result, I've had to be protective of my time and unfortunately the current fabrication methods take up too much of my free time. But don't worry! I'm working behind the scenes to find ways to get things back up and running.

How do I know what size to order?
We have an entire section of our website that will walk you through exactly how to measure your dog. Your dog's measurements will determine the best size of equipment to use.

What if my dog is between sizes?
Our platform widths increase in increments of 5 cm (2 inches). If your dog's width falls in between sizes, please Contact Us and we can determine the best way forward for your order.
Do you offer custom sizes?
You bet we do! If you would like to request a custom size of platform, please Contact Us with the dimensions and number of platforms so we can create a custom invoice for you.
